Some artists sending smaller items may choose to send by Royal Mail First Class delivery in order to keep postage costs to a minimum. Where a courier service has been used we will ask the artist to provide a tracking number.
If your order has not arrived within the 21 day period, and you decide that you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing at email@example.com and we will contact you to organise a refund.
Pricing for delivery is for mainland UK only. Postage to other parts of the UK, the Republic of Ireland, and the rest of the world may be possible via a special arrangement. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will organise a quote for you.
Your cancellation and refund rights:
Every effort will be made to deliver the products within the time periods specified above.
If the seller is unable to deliver the products within 21 days of receiving your order, the seller will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or recredit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products.
You may cancel your contract with the seller at any time up to the end of seven working days after the date of delivery provided you notify us by email at email@example.com. We will contact The Seller on your behalf and will provide you with a returns code and details of where to return the item.
Once this code has been provided please Download Returns Form and print out filling in all relevant details. Please include this in your returned package. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay or through the PayPal system.
Except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied products you shall be responsible for the cost of returning products for refund or exchange and we will not refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you. The products must be returned directly to the seller by registered post in the existing packaging in an unused and otherwise resaleable condition. You must take reasonable care to ensure the products are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.
